Members of the Berwick Recreation Advisory Committee for 2010 are Penny Crappell , Chairperson, Steve Russo, Rosalyn Conrad, Dominque Thomas and Blair Sampey.  The Committeee meets the first Wednesday of the month at the Berwick Civic Complex at 6:00 PM.

Recreation leagues offered in Berwick are youth flag football ages 6-9, baseball, softball ages 6-17 and basketball ages 5-12 and adult coed volleyball age 18 and up and pickleball ages 18 and up.  These leagues are independent of the Town and are governed by their own board of directors.  The Town provides facilities and upkeep of the facilities for each league and provides annual donations that are used for insurance, uniforms and other needs deemed by individual leagues. Our recreation director assists the leagues with registration, record keeping and other duties as requested by the individual leagues.

Baseball is supported through St. Mary Central Dixie Youth.

Berwick Basketball will begin its season on Monday, January 11, 2010.  The first game will start at 5:30 PM in the Berwick Civic Complex Gym.  Sponsors for this years league is Charles Broussard, D. D. S., Fontenot Precision Onwork, D & L Trophies, Hanko's, Pennzoil 10-minute Oil Change and Ron's Lawn Care Service.
