If you haven't seen the work going on at the Brown House on Third Street, you've been missing a lot of activity. The bottom floor of the house is being completed, rewired and central air and heat installed. It will also have a small kitchenette and restroom facilities. The picture shows that it will be wheel chair accessible to conform with the ADA laws. The Berwick Garden Club is looking forward to making this their quarters.
